Bhai log, main stock market mein bilkul new hoon. NSE aur BSE ka naam bahut suna hai, lekin honestly mujhe samajh nahi aa raha ki dono mein actual difference kya hai.

Kya koi simple language mein samjha sakta hai?

Aur ek aur question — agar mujhe koi share kharidna ho to kya main directly NSE ya BSE ki website se trading kar sakta hoon?

Bhai, simple language mein samjho. 😊

NSE aur BSE dono Stock Exchanges hain, jahan shares ki buying aur selling hoti hai.

  • NSE = National Stock Exchange

  • BSE = Bombay Stock Exchange

Dono alag exchanges hain, lekin bahut si बड़ी companies ke shares dono par listed hote hain. Isliye ek hi company ka share NSE aur BSE dono par mil sakta hai.

Ab aapka main question — kya directly NSE/BSE ki website se share kharid sakte ho?

Normally nahi. Retail investor ko trading ke liye SEBI-registered stock broker ke saath account open karna hota hai. NSE bhi clearly kehta hai ki investor directly stock exchange par shares buy/sell nahi karta; broker ke through order exchange tak jata hai.

Simple flow samjho:

Aap → Broker App/Website → NSE/BSE → Order Execute → Share Demat Account mein

Iske liye generally Trading Account + Demat Account + Bank Account ki zarurat hoti hai. Trading account se buy/sell orders place hote hain, aur Demat account mein shares electronic form mein hold hote hain.

Aur NSE vs BSE mein beginner ko ye nahi sochna chahiye ki ek "good" hai aur doosra "bad". Practical difference samajhne ke liye liquidity, trading volume aur bid-ask spread jaise factors dekhe ja sakte hain.

Short mein:

👉 NSE/BSE = Exchange
👉 Broker = Exchange tak aapka order pahunchata hai
👉 Trading Account = Buy/Sell
👉 Demat Account = Shares hold karna

Bas ye 4 cheezein clear ho gayi to stock market ka basic structure samajh aa jayega. 👍
