Kisi company ka share kharidne se pehle sirf share price ya recent returns dekhna sufficient nahi hota.

New investors ke liye sabse difficult part ye hota hai ki company ko systematically kaise research kiya jaye.

Ek basic research process mein company ka business model, revenue aur profit growth, debt, cash flow, margins, promoter/shareholding pattern, competition aur valuation jaise factors dekhe ja sakte hain.

Iske alawa ye samajhna bhi important hai ki company ka profit kis business se aa raha hai aur us business ke saamne major risks kya hain.

Aap kisi company mein invest karne se pehle apni research kis sequence mein karte hain?

For example:

1. Business samajhna

2. Financial results dekhna

3. Debt aur cash flow check karna

4. Management/promoter information dekhna

5. Competitors se comparison

6. Valuation check karna

7. Major risks identify karna

Agar aap experienced investor hain, to apna pre-investment checklist share karein. Isse naye investors ko practical research process samajhne mein help mil sakti hai.
