NSE IPO ko lekar valuation sabse important discussion points mein se ek hai. PE ratio se hume samajhne mein madad mil sakti hai ki share ki price company ki earnings ke comparison mein kitni hai. Lekin kya NSE IPO ko evaluate karne ke liye sirf PE ratio dekhna enough hai? PE ke saath aur kaunse factors consider karne chahiye?

NSE IPO ka PE Ratio samajhna bahut simple hai. PE batata hai ki company ₹1 ka profit kamati hai, to investors uske liye kitna paisa dene ko ready hain.

Example: agar PE 40 hai, to investors company ki ₹1 earning ke liye ₹40 ki price de rahe hain.

Lekin sirf PE dekhkar NSE IPO ke baare mein decision nahi lena chahiye. Company ka profit badh raha hai ya nahi, valuation kya hai, business future mein grow kar sakta hai ya nahi, competition aur risks kya hain—ye sab bhi dekhna zaroori hai.

Simple rule:PE ko samjho, lekin PE ke saath company ke fundamentals bhi dekho.

Bilkul sahi 👍

Mere hisaab se beginners ke liye sabse important point ye hai ki PE ratio ko akela dekhkar kisi IPO ko expensive ya cheap nahi samajhna chahiye.

PE ko company ke profit growth, industry ke average PE aur competitors ki valuation ke saath compare karna zyada useful hota hai.

Aur IPO ke case mein ek aur cheez dekhni chahiye ki company IPO se jo paisa raise kar rahi hai, uska use kis purpose ke liye hoga.

PE samajh aa gaya to valuation ko samajhne ki basic foundation ban jaati hai. 👍

PE Important isliye hi kyun ki P/E ratio se hi pata chalta hi ki stock ka price under valued hi ya overvalued hi
